I’ve had this several times in the past. But wow this place has gone downhill. Crazy how the tray would be full to the brim in a neat classic circle without half the plate showing under. I got it this time and it was half empty. So cheap with the portion. Embarrassing to take with me to the gathering. No logo on the ghetto looking box. Very disappointed don’t recommend. Spent almost $20 on a half full box of sweets.

Great food and sweets, but very inconsistent quality and poor service. The food here is actually very good, and I absolutely love their sweets (especially the colorful dessert they offer!). However, there are two major issues that keep me from giving a higher rating: lack of consistency and terrible customer service. First, they struggle to maintain the same quality every time. It is a toss-up when you order—one day the food is perfectly made and delicious, and the next time you go, it is burnt and overcooked. Second, their customer service really needs work. I’ve been here multiple times to pick up an order, and the staff at the counter will just carry on personal conversations with each other instead of helping me. They don't even look up to ask if I've been helped. On another visit, I stood there waiting for quite a while, completely ignored by the employees, only to find out my food was already finished and just sitting on the pickup shelf. If they could get their quality control in check and train their staff to actually pay attention to customers, this place would be fantastic. Until then, it's a frustrating experience.

I don’t even know where to begin with this experience at “Dearborn pizza”… I ordered a STEAK calzone. You know… STEAK… like meat… protein… something that once had a pulse?? Tell me why I open this thing up and it’s basically a salad in a sleeping bag. At this point I’m looking around like I accidentally ordered a “Garden Surprise Calzone” but no receipt clearly says steak. And then it gets better… I tell the manager, thinking maybe we can fix this situation like normal human beings. His solution? “Yeah we can remake it… and knock a couple dollars off.” Sir… respectfully… I didn’t order a slightly discounted lettuce burrito. I ordered a steak calzone. You’re not negotiating a used car here, you’re replacing the entire missing ingredient. At this point I’m wondering if the remake would come with even MORE lettuce just to stay consistent with the theme. I didn’t order a calzone, I ordered a confused wrap with identity issues and got customer service that treated it like a coupon situation. SMH 🤦🏽‍♂️

Honestly really disappointed with this order. The chicken pizza barely had any chicken on it, I could count maybe 2 or 3 small pieces on the whole thing. The ranch was super watery and had almost no flavor. We also ordered the chickens wings spicy, but they weren’t spicy at all, just plain and bland.instead of chicken wings they give us chicken drums not wings. See the pictures. Definitely not what we expected and not worth the money. Probably won’t order from here again. We came from far away to this.

I order from the heights location all the time and never had an issue. First time ordering from dearborn and i Ordered chicken and steak calzone off doordash. There was barely any meat or chicken. I couldn't even taste the chicken or meat. It literally tasted like bread, slaw and lettuce. Very disappointed
